The Bag Broker is now offering a new and improved matte varnish:

Register matte printing is a surface print, which will make parts of a shiny PET bag matte, and a solution we have offered our customers for several years. Current inks and printing processes in Asia have however produced matte varnishes which scratch easily, tend to rub off, and which give the overall print a slightly milky look.

 

Now in cooperation with a German ink manufacturer, we are pleased to offer Supermatte. Supermatte is a matte varnish which will not rub off, and which is next to impossible to scratch.

This varnish is offered as an option not only on premade bags and pouches, but on rewind film on reels too - which is a much tougher and stressing packaging environment for surface varnish prints.

The Bag Broker is the only Asian-based supplier offering a scratch resistant matte varnish. Moreover, we are one of very few globally who offer a scratch resistant matte varnish stable enough for use on rewind film.

We believe that this is the best option on offer in Asia.

Our unique quad bags are sealed in each corner of the bag. The advantages of this new and revolutionary design are that the bag becomes more stable. A quad bag stands easier than a standard gusseted bag - that making displaying your products a breeze.

Gusseted bags with zipper:

When we originally approached our customers regarding the gusseted bag with zippers, most thought that we had been smoking opium. Not so, the gusseted bag with zipper is a quad bag, where one of the four corners are sealed at the top. This enables a zipper to be inserted. The bag is currently available in Natural Kraft - 250g and 500g sizes.

Flat zipper pouches:

An exciting new format for smaller quantities of coffee is the flat pouch. This can be made in clear PET/LLDPE or in PET/AL/LLDPE. The standard thickness is 130Um, but it can be made in a thinner laminate on request. Our flat pouches can be printed in up to 8 colors. Flat zipper pouches are great for samples, portion-size bags, and for special promotions.
