Our roll stock is available in a wide variety of materials, so a solution fitting your needs can always be found. The choices include everything from very price competitive OPP/VMPET/LLDPE laminates, to advanced environmentally friendly non-metallic barrier materials.

Like the coffee bags, roll stock can be rotogravure printed in up to 11 colors - giving you the chance to get the perfect bag.

The width of roll stock can be up to 1000mm (40"), and the thickness can be from 40Um (1.5mil) to 150Um (6 mil)

Our roll stock can be made in lengths from 500m(1640Ft), and up, securing you flexibility when it comes to what sizes you want. If you want rolls which are easy to handle and change, then the 500m length laminate rolls is the best choice, if you prefer not to change laminate rolls so often in order to minimize waste, then a 1000m roll or longer is the best choice.

Laminations: Our roll stock is dry laminated as standard due to the superior heat sealing and cutting properties of this lamination method, wet laminate is offered for price competitive reasons on request.
 
Core size 3" and 6". We use high quality US made cores for our roll stock. This ensures that transport damage due to humidity and temperature swings are eliminated.

Etched print drums as standard, engraved printed drums available on request.

Outer layer: PET, natural Kraft, or OPP.
Barrier: AL, VMPET or SiO3 coated PET
Inner liner: LLDPE, WLLDPE, WMCPP
