Order Process

We are not only knowledgeable about our bags. We also know how to get them to your door problem free. We will guide you in selecting the best packaging that meets your needs and offer help and guidance while your new bag is being designed.

On this site, you will find design templates available for download that cover most bag types and sizes. If you do not find the size you are looking for, we will custom design a template for you free of charge. Our in-house design department will ensure that you get speedy and accurate feedback on any bag design submitted to us.

When your bags are printed, our staff will be on site to ensure that the colors are matched well and that every detail you have specified is attended to.

When the time to ship your bags arrives, our shipping experts will have them delivered to you in the fastest, safest, and most cost-effective way.

 

Ordering custom solution products through us consists of these 3 stages:

  1. Decision Stage

    – Contact us for a quote. We will inquire regarding the desired quantities, types, sizes, colors, and additional features for your bags.
    – We will respond within 48 hours and request further information if needed.
    – Once the quote is approved, your artwork should be couriered or emailed to us.

  2. Design Stage

    – Once the artwork has been processed and approved, a final quote, pro forma invoice, and final artwork approval document will be forwarded to you.
    – Please sign and return the final artwork approval document to us. A 50% deposit should also have been paid at this stage.

  3. Production Stage

    – Once we have received your deposit and the signed final approval document, production of your bags will commence.
    – When the production run is finished, we will perform on-site quality control.
    – When the outstanding balance has been received, your bags will be released for shipment.
